How many guests can stay at No. 1?
No. 1 accommodates up to two guests. Children are welcome; cots and extra beds are not available.
How do I book directly?
In the booking section, check available dates and the total price through Smoobu. Choose your dates and the booking engine will guide you through your direct booking.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Earlier check-in may be possible on request, subject to availability. Access is via a digital key. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
What should I know before arriving?
No. 1 is at Lindenstraße 3A in Zirchow. Free private parking is available at the property. The apartment is on the top floor, reached by stairs; there is no lift.
The map loads only when you choose to show it. Data, including your IP address, will then be sent to Google. Google privacy policy.
What are the cancellation and house rules?
Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00; the minimum age for check-in is 18. The cancellation and payment terms for your direct booking are shown before you complete it.
When do I pay for my direct booking?
The full price is payable when you make a binding direct booking. The total price and available payment methods are shown in Smoobu before completion. Your access details arrive one day before arrival.
How do I cancel a direct booking?
Email kontakt@magoniplus.de and include your booking number, name and travel dates. We will confirm the cancellation by email. The terms agreed when booking apply; any refund is processed separately.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in Apartment No. 1.
Is there step-free access to the apartment?
No. 1 is on the top floor and can only be reached by stairs. There is no lift.
What does Green Key mean at No. 1?

Yes, free WiFi is available in the apartment.
Can I cook in the apartment?
Yes, No. 1 has its own kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
Where can I park my bicycle?
Bicycle racks are available in the courtyard.
Can I wash clothes during my stay?
A washing machine is available in the bathroom. For drying laundry, three rows of clothesline are available in the attic, directly behind the attic door. There is no tumble dryer.
